Emicofb
This program performs the back transform and produces
the reconstructed density. Several maps (and files) are
produced
The complete set of parmeters is set prior to the FB run and are
passed in the emicolg file. The output file are named icos2f.mrc,
icos3f.mrc, icos5f.mrc and icos3favg.mrc and are typically renamed
to something more meaningful before further processing.
- PARAMETERS PASSED BY EMICOLG:
- ISMAX = # OF RADIAL STEPS IN REAL SPACE (<51)
- DELSR = SPACING OF EACH RADIAL STEP IN PIXELS
- C = 1/DELBR (RECIPROCAL OF BIGG ANNULI SPACING)
- RESLN = RECONSTRUCTION RESOLUTION IN PIXELS
- units:
- 1 = EMICOLG.DAT LITTLE G'S
- streams:
- istream5 ICOS5f.mrc (MAP IN FIVE-FOLD SETTING)
top half of map is given (Z>=0) and only
522 symmetry is imposed.
- istream2 icos2f.mrc (two fold view of map)
whole map (-ISMAX < z < ISMAX ) is given
522 symmetry imposed
- istream3 icos3f.mrc (three fold view of map)
top half of map is given
522 symmetry imposed (this view is
near to be not exactly down the three fold
axis so there is some distortion.

view of map. top half is given and
approximate 532 symmetry is imposed
