Emicolg

Description

EMICOLG generates the gn used for Fourier Bessel inversion from the Gn 's in EMICOBG.DAT.

Inputs are indicated with >'s
>MAXR, ISMAX, DELSR (2i,f)
- MAXR - maximum annulus used to calculate the gn's
- ISMAX - maximum radius used in real space for the map size of map is (2*ISMAX+1)**2
- DELSR - number of pixels corresponding to each increment in ISMAX
  For a map of ISMAX=50 and DELSR=3.0 one will have a reconstruction of 101**3 voxels and with each map unit equal to 3 pixels.

- 1 - to dump into EMICOLG.TMP
- 0 or CR to bypass
> do you wish to correct amps of G0's ? (i)
- 0 or CR to bypass
- 1 to correct amps
  - > G0's can be set from a profile file. File name for profile file (a)
    This simply sets the G0 values of the combined data to the profile provided. The format of the file is the same as the profile file in EMICOMAT and an example is found in HARRISON_FIT.DAT
