The GTPase Ran is required for spindle formation
Description:	Comparison of embryos expressing GFP-alpha-tubulin (Oegema et al. 2001. J. Cell Biol. 
		153:1209-1226) from a control worm (top) and a worm depleted of Ran (bottom). Movies are 
		mounted relative to anaphase onset in the 1-cell embryo. In the Ran(RNAi) embryo no 
		spindle is formed.
