Current Project(s) : The main goal of the project is to contribute to the understanding of how endoplasmic reticulum exit sites (ERES) are generated, maintained and regulated at the molecular level and how are these processes interconnected. We are interested to understand how secretory cargo affects COPII function or if it might interfere with COPII membrane association. We also want to identify proteins that participate in ERES morphogenesis and function and further characterise these proteins.
