Plasmid pBS1479



This plamid is used for tagging proteins with the TAP tag but can also be used for tagging with two IgG-binding units of Staphylococcus aureus protein A associated or not with a TEV protease cleavage site. Among others, it contains the following features:
- the TAP tag;
- a TRP1 marker from Kluyveromyces lactis.
This plasmid does not replicate in yeast.
