Legal Advice

Legal advice is provided by Dominik Reske, who is responsible for protecting the interests of EMBL in all legal matters. He aims to provide pragmatic and responsive legal services, enabling EMBL to fulfil its mission and empowering EMBL researchers to focus on world-class science.

Areas of practice include: institutional matters, grants and consortia, collaborative and commercial agreements (national and international), policies, intellectual property, labour law, litigation/arbitration, host country relations, and procurement.

Dominik also delivers training to EMBL staff, and more generally provides legal advice on a broad range of matters, both strategic and operational.
