He was professor at Sorocaba University (2008-2009), teaching Industrial Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Genetic Engineering and Nanotechnology. Since the second semester of 2009, he is post-doc researcher at Ribeirão Preto School of Medicine in the field of Bioinformatics for Tuberculosis, with an internship at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL - Heidelberg, Germany). He can work in the fields of Bioinformatics, Biotechnology and Molecular Biology. On the bench, he already worked with mouse models, cell culture (mammals and bacterial cells), cloning, sequencing and expression of proteins and with flow cytometry; about in silico methods, he already worked with alignment of gene sequences, phylogenetical analysis, assembly and annotation of mitochondrial genomes, protein homology modelling, microarray data analysis and text-mining. He has knowledge on Statistics, including multivariate analysis, computer programming (Python and R), and Artificial Intelligence.
