Biography: I began my scientific training at the University of Waterloo (Canada) where I completed a degree in biochemistry in 1996. My Ph.D. at the University of
British Columbia (Canada) under the supervision of Dr. Lawrence McIntosh dealt with the structural investigation of a domain common to several protein families involved in transcription and cellular signaling. I continued
to use nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Heidelberg, Germany, where I looked at domain arrangements of large protein-RNA splicing complexes in the group of Dr. Michael Sattler. In the fall of 2007, I joined the IECB as a group leader.
In 2011 I was also recruited as a senior research associate (CR1) within the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (Inserm).

Biography: Currently a P.hD student at Tata institute of Fundamental Research under the supervison of Prof. R.V. Hosur. I am Working in the area of Molecular Bio Physics. Interested to learn the things related to protein chemistry. I am working with motor protein called the Dynein light chain protein, the smallest light chain of the Dynein motor family.
