EMBL Advanced Training Centre Corporate Partnership Programme
The EMBL Advanced Training Centre Corporate Partnership Programme aims to connect interested organisations with the latest developments in the molecular life sciences and the leading molecular biology researchers in the world.
A membership with the Corporate Partnership Programme provides an excellent opportunity for leading companies to support one of the world's leading research institutes in a mutually beneficial association.
The Corporate Partnership Programme is designed to create and enhance long-term, effective relationships between EMBL and top class corporate partners. The partners will benefit from the association with a world class research institute, exposure to the leading scientists in the world as conference speakers and visitors, and other valuable benefit packages.
With the Corporate Partnership Programme, EMBL aims to create and enhance mutually beneficial associations between industry and cutting-edge life science. EMBL has an excellent track record of cooperation with industry for the co-development of products and services, as well as in the broader sector of technology transfer, ensuring industrial impact of EMBL's basic research.
For an annual fee, organisations become members of the EMBL Advanced Training Centre Corporate Partnership Programme. The programme is beneficial to partners, because they will receive a package of benefits that goes beyond the association with a world-class research institute.
EMBL and the training programme at the ATC will benefit from the support of its corporate partners, because it will allow for innovation and flexibility in an area where it is most needed.
EMBL is pleased to announce that in 2013 the EMBL Advanced Training Centre Corporate Partnership Programme is providing €100.000 in Registration Fee Waivers and Travel Grants for Courses and Conferences taking place at the EMBL Advanced Training Centre. These fellowships are mainly for outstanding young scientists who will contribute importantly to the EMBL Course and Conference Programme, and especially for those who are travelling from countries in need of scientific strengthening. The fellowship recipients will be selected by the scientific organisers during the abstract review. View a video of enthusiastic past recipients.
