OIB to TIFF converter
This ImageJ macro uses LOCI bio-formats to convert Olympus FV1000 oib (or some other LOCI supported files) to tiff files. It was mainly written to convert Multi-area time-lapse (MATL) series acquired with a Olympus FV1000.
It is based on the macro bfOpenAsHyperstack.txt by Wayne Rasband (wayne@codon.nih.gov).
