acceptor_photobleaching (e.g. click with right mouse button and select ‘save target link as’ and choose the desired download path.)

Installation:

Download acceptor_photobleaching and unzip the contained files into the desired path. Import 'Bleach_Interface.frm' and 'Acceptor_Photobleaching.bas' into the Visual Basic Editor of the LCS Software, 'Bleach_Interface.frx' has to be located in the same path for the import.

Description:

Acceptor_Photobleaching: A Visual Basic Form that can be used with the Leica LCS Software for acceptor-photobleaching with the 543 nm line.
