Description:
The ccp4write module writes a ccp4 file, a raw format with a 1024 byte header, with the default extension ".map".
The necessary information like the dimensions of the image are written to the header and the image is written as raw data.
How to use:
Select the image which should be saved and select "File->Save Data as" from the Menu.
In the save file dialog box select "CCP4 Density Map" and enter a filename. Press the Save button to save the image.
