Description:
The InvertContrast module inverts the contrast of the image. To automatically segment structures, e.g. with watershed
segmentation, the signal is supposed to have high intensities. When pressing the Apply button the inverted output image is
generated. The same operation can also be performed with the Arithmetic Operation module of Amira.
