Description:
The MaskPicker module is a tool to manually select labels of a segmented image, e.g. watersheds. When a point on an
OrthoSlice is clicked, the label of this point is checked and all points with the same label are stored in the mask. Already
clicked labels are visualized in various colors in the scene. In this way the area of each label can be easily observed in 3D. With
this tool a semi-automated segmentation can be performed, by manually selecting pre-segmented areas of the image and putting them
together.
The mask will be generated when the Apply button is pressed.
Ports:
Add or remove label
This radio box defines whether the next click will add a new label to the mask or an already clicked label will be removed from the
mask. When the port is set to idle nothing will happen when a label is clicked.
