Before the experiment the main proposer must communicate  the following information to the Scientific Administrator at EMBL Heidelberg:

• names of participants whose expenses are to be refunded by P-CUBE
• bank data of each participant (account holder, name of bank, SWIFT/BIC, IBAN Code)
