Registration and Payment

We accept only online registration.

Deadline for registration is 15 June 2010.

Participants are encouraged to submit an abstract of their work. (2000 characters).

The link for abstract submission will be found in the application confirmation e-mail you will receive after registering. See more info in the Abstract Submission tab.

Notifications of acceptance will be sent within two weeks after the closing of submissions.

Because the meeting is a first come-first serve conference, please register as soon as possible to ensure your place.

Registration types and fees:

The registration fee includes on-site catering, conference material and local transportation. Participants are expected to meet their own accommodation and travel expenses. 

EMBL Corporate Partnership Registration Fee Fellowships:

There are a limited number of  EMBL Corporate Partnership Registration Fee Fellowships  available for this conference.  Please indicate your interest for an EMBL CPP registration fee fellowship when submitting your abstract.  During the abstract submission phase (step 2 after you have registered for the conference) there will be a small field to complete your reasons for requesting this EMBL CPP registration fee fellowship.

The recipients of these EMBL CPP registration fee fellowships will be selected by the scientific organiser during the abstract review.  They will be mainly awarded to the authors of interesting abstracts from countries in need of scientific strengthening - whether located within Europe or internationally.

If you are awarded a fellowship, you will be notified after the completion of the abstract review.  This is usually two months before the conference start date.  If you have already paid your registration fee by this date, the conference office will request your bank details and will reimburse the registration fees.
