Open Workshop (17 May)

The one day workshop is open to everyone and free to attend (no registration needed). It provides an introduction to the whole- transcript (WT) Affymetrix microarrays (GeneChip Exon and Gene 1.0 ST arrays) and includes lectures from WT experienced users. You will also learn more about the various data analysis solutions available.

Two-day practical course (18 -19 May)

Location: Computer Training Room ATC

The workshop will be followed by two days of practical training session with a limited number of participants. This session also includes presentations and demonstrations from non-commercial (Bioconductor) software solution providers. Computers for hands-on exercises will be provided along with demo data sets, however, you are welcome to bring along your own data to analyse
