Completed in November 2009, EMBL's Advanced Training Centre is a unique venue promoting advanced scientific training and education in Europe.
Inspired by the double helical shape of DNA, the EMBL's Advanced Training Centre hosts state-of-the-art training facilities, laboratories for practical courses, break-out rooms and computer labs, together with a spacious 450 seat auditorium, setting a platform for a new era of scientific conferences. Embedded in the wooded hills of the EMBL campus, the ATC also features a new canteen, delivering high quality event catering, as well as setting the right atmosphere for special receptions in the ATC Auditorium Foyer with a capacity for 500 people or the roof-top lounge and terrace.
