EMBL International Centre for Advanced Training (EICAT)Activities

EICAT, headquartered at the main EMBL laboratory in Heidelberg, Germany, coordinates the different elements of advanced training at all five EMBL sites, integrating their respective experience and know-how, creating synergies, promoting training at EMBL and making available its expertise to other institutions in the EMBL member states.

Internal Training

Internal Training at EMBL focuses on Predoctoral Training within the framework of the EMBL International PhD Programme (EIPP), on EMBL’s Postdoctoral Programme, and supports coordinating opportunities for Undergraduate Students.

Internal Training at EMBL works closely with and contributes the scientific components to the General Training and Development Programme.
