Registration and Payment
The workshop is open to all scientists developing or using methods and tools to visualize any kind of biological data. Places in the workshop are limited, and participants will be selected based on the relevance of their work for the workshop. Notifications of acceptance will be sent within three weeks after the close of submissions.
All participants are expected to give a short presentation (30-second / 1-slide only) introducing their poster during a "poster fast-forward" session. During your 30 second 'fast-forward' presentation the image you submitted with your abstract will be displayed and you will have the opportunity to introduce your poster. The fast-forward presentations will take place immediately before the poster session where you can present your work in more detail to those that visit your poster.
