Accommodation

Please decide at the time of registration if you would like to book accommodation in the EMBL ISG hotel.

On notification of your place on the course, you will be asked to confirm your participation and confirm your hotel booking by a certain deadline.

If you do not do so, you will forfeit your place at the EMBL ISG hotel.

Please note SINGLE rooms at EMBL’s ISG hotel have been reserved. The price is 75,-- Euros per night.

At the time of registration, you can select any arrival and departure dates in the following range: 3  – 8 July 2011.
Any selection outside the range will not be possible via the online booking system. Please contact the responsible conference officer

Local Transport

Participants staying in the ISG Hotel: Shuttle buses will go from the ISG Hotel to EMBL and back, mornings and evenings. A bus schedule will be distributed per e-mail to the participants closer to the meeting.

Participants staying in hotels downtown are expected to find their own way to EMBL. We recommend the public bus - SF (SpezialFahrt).

Please see below the bus timetable:

* Bismarckplatz - is the main bus and tramway stop in Heidelberg city centre.

Please note this bus does not run at the weekend or public holidays. The fare is 2.20 EUR, to be paid directly to the driver.
