Registration and Payment

Registration is now closed.

Accommodation deadline closed on  21 March 2011.

Abstract Submission deadline closed on 1 March 2011.

The registration fee includes:

Admission to the conference, conference materials, meals, coffee breaks (and accommodation if selected in the registration). Participants are expected to meet their own travel expenses.

Abstract Submission

Participants are encouraged to submit an abstract (2,000 characters).

Confirmation and Payment 

Registration will be on a first-come first-served basis, meaning that your registration is confirmed only after online payment of the registration fee.

Should you wish to book a hotel with your registration, payment must be made before the deadline, otherwise you will forfeit your hotel room.

We can accept international bank transfers, but only up to 8 weeks before the conference takes begins. After this date we will only accept credit card payments and ELV transfers (German bank transfers) made via our online payment system.

NO visa letters will be issued until payment of the registration fee is confirmed.

Free Press Passes

EMBL will make a limited number of free press passes available for each conference. Please complete your details, and we will inform you as soon as possible after the deadline for registrations whether we can allocate a press pass to you. If we cannot grant a free press pass, you will still be able to finalise your registration later with an online payment. To apply for a free press pass, please click here.
