Hotel

Single rooms have been reserved at the Exzellenz Hotel (85 EUR per person/per night) and at the Hotel Bayrischer Hof (82 EUR per person/per night). After the selection process, selected participants should contact the hotel directly to make a booking (booking code: GMX12-02).

Why not post your request on the event Facebook page! Write on the wall to get in touch with other participants prior to the conference, ask any questions you may have to the EMBL Events team, or post a photo after the meeting!

Local Transport

Participants staying at the Hotel Bayrischer Hof and at the Exzellenz Hotel: Shuttle buses will go from the Bus Station at the back of the Crowne Plaza Hotel to EMBL and back, mornings and evenings. A bus schedule will be made available before the meeting.

Participants staying at other hotels in the centre of Heidelberg: Additional Bus Stops are not scheduled and these participants can also join the (free of charge) EMBL shuttle bus from the Bus Station Crowne Plaza to EMBL or alternatively they will need to find their own way to EMBL.
