Motivation Letter Submission

The course is limited to 16 participants. As part of the registration process you will be asked to submit a motivation letter and a CV for selection purposes.

You can submit your motivation letter and CV using the account you have created (email + password).
The  submission link will be found in the confirmation page/ e-mail you will receive when registering.

Instructions for writing the motivation letter

1. Include your relevant skills, experience and qualifications which show that you would be suitable for the course.

2. Explain why you would like to attend, including what you can contribute and how you think you will benefit.

3. Upload your CV as a .pdf version (browse for the file and then add). Make sure you clicked the 'Save changes' button at the end of the application.
   

Before submitting please take into consideration :

• Our system only supports the browsers Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox

• The application will timeout after 20 minutes.

• The limit of 2,000 characters refers to manually typed text (spaces included).

• If you copy paste the text, hidden formatting might still be included and you will be informed that your text exceeds the limit of 2,000 characters. We recommend either

  1. saving your text as text only in your editor or Email programme or

  2. copy-pasting it into Notepad and then onto the website.

  Some web browsers do not accept abstracts closer to the 2,000 character count.

• If you have special symbols in your text, make sure you are using Unicode characters or else these will not be recognized by the tool.
