Hotel

Single rooms have been reserved at the ISG Hotel and cost 77 EUR per person/per night. After the selection process, selected participants should contact the hotel directly to make a booking.

Looking for a roommate? Want to arrange shared transport?

Why not post your request on the event Facebook page! Write on the wall to get in touch with other participants prior to the conference, ask any questions you may have to the EMBL Events team, or post a photo after the meeting!

Local Transport

Participants staying at the ISG Hotel (near EMBL): Shuttle buses will go from the ISG Hotel to EMBL and back, mornings and evenings. A bus schedule and location of the bus stops will be made available before the meeting.

Participants staying in hotels in the centre of Heidelberg: Transport is not provided and participants will need to find their own way to EMBL.
