Accommodation and Transport

Hotel

Accommodation is not included in the registration fee of the course.

10 single rooms have been reserved at the Boarding House Heidelberg and cost 89 EUR per person/per night incl. breakfast. After the selection process, selected participants should contact the hotel directly to make a booking and mention the code ZFN12-02.  The rooms have been reserved from 13.11.12 - 16.11.12 and will be held until 19.10.12.

8 single rooms have been reserved at the Exzellenz Hotel Heidelberg and cost 85 EUR per person/per night incl. breakfast. After the selection process, selected participants should contact the hotel directly to make a booking and mention the code ZFN12-02.  The rooms have been reserved from 13.11.12 - 16.11.12.

Why not post your request on the event Facebook page! Write on the wall to get in touch with other participants prior to the conference, ask any questions you may have to the EMBL Events team, or post a photo after the meeting!

 

Local Transport

Participants staying at the BoardingHouse Heidelberg: Shuttle buses will go from the hotel to EMBL and back, mornings and evenings. A bus schedule and location of the bus stops will be made available before the meeting.

Participants staying in other hotels in the centre of Heidelberg: Transport from other hotels is not provided and participants will need to find their own way to EMBL.
You can of course use the shuttle service from to the BoardingHouse Heidelberg bus stop.
