Hotel

We have made a call-in allotment at Exzellenz Hotel.  After the selection process, selected participants should contact the hotel directly to make a booking (booking code: DAT13-01).  Please note that you cannot use the hotel online booking form if you wish to take advantage of the EMBL discounted rate.

Local Transport

Participants staying at the Exzellenz Hotel: Shuttle buses will go from outside the Hotel to EMBL and back, mornings and evenings. The bus schedule is available online.

Participants staying at other hotels in the centre of Heidelberg: Additional Bus Stops are not scheduled and  participants will need to find their own way to EMBL or alternatively they can join the complimentary shuttle from outside the Exzellenz Hotel.
