Aim

This workshop is a continuation of the ‘Zeilitzheim’-workshops previously organized by Beate Sodeik and Michael Kann; and later continued in Deidesheim organized by Stefan Urban and Jacomine Krijnse Locker. Its aim is to introduce virologists, at all levels of their career, to basics of cell biology. There will be four keynote lectures that will address a certain cell biological topic. Applicants will be able to present their work as a short talk or as a poster. The programme also includes plenty of time for discussion and social events (e.g. wine tasting and visit of the wine cellar of the famous winery Bassermann Jordan).
