We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and professional HR Recruitment Administrator to join our busy HR Team.

You will work alongside HR Officer and Administrator colleagues in a small operational team to deliver a high quality recruitment and HR service to the Institute.

Your role

We recruit directly so the whole process is in house - from placing the job vacancy advertisements through to welcoming new joiners

The largest part of your role will be supporting this process and your tasks will include:
  • placing job vacancy advertisements
  • interview logistics
  • liaising with job applicants and advising interviewees on travel arrangements
  • processing interviewees' travel reimbursement claims
  • requesting employment references
  • immigration and relocation processes
In addition you will work closely with HR Administrator colleagues on other tasks including:
  • producing reference and other supporting letters for staff
  • maintaining HR records in SAP
  • tracking contracts, performance assessments and sick leave

You have

  • several years relevant experience in administrative roles
  • a high level of customer orientation, strong communication skills and a conscientious attitude
  • you enjoy being part of a team and working closely with colleagues
  • good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • good computer skills including intermediate/advanced Excel
  • excellent spoken and written English

You might also have

  • administration experience in recruitment or HR
  • experience working in an international environment
  • good working knowledge of a European language other than English
