- Coordination of room bookings & requirements
- Onsite logistical management
- Overall planning and supervision of events in the EMBL Advanced Training Centre

- Development & execution of event marketing campaigns
- Securing advertising exchange agreements
- Pursuing new promotional possibilities to attract a wide audience both within and outside of EMBL member states
- Critically assess feedback and develop according to EMBL scientists’ needs
Sponsoring
- Work with the EMBL scientists to obtain financial support for events, including grants
- Development of a sponsorship strategy and promotional material
- Acquisition and management of sponsorship bookings
- Organisation of sponsorship exhibition
