IT Workshop

The goal of this workshop is to familiarise you with tools and functionalities available through GeneDB, PlasmoDB and VectoBase. New tools and datasets will be highlighted.

In addition, we will cover basic analysis, integration and visualisation of RNA-sequence data. The workshop will be a hands-on experience with attendees working through exercises using these resources.

The workshop will be held just before the start of the annual BioMalPar meeting starting at 9:00 AM on Saturday 10 May 2014 and running through the morning of Monday 12 May 2014.
