On 10 April 2019 an extension was agreed for "Brexit'. This development means that although there is now no definite date, the UK may leave the EU on or before 31 October 2019. Implications on passenger travel by air, rail or sea between the UK and the EU are unclear.
The British and German governments and the European Commission have all published information online for people travelling during this time.
If you are travelling between the EU and the UK for conferences and events in this period of change, you are advised to keep yourself informed of official advice.
